Refund Policy
How Tiny Desk AI handles failed-task credit returns, uncertain video results and requests for payment refunds on one-time credit packs.
Last updated: 2026-10-29
Failed generation and returned credits
A confirmed failed or canceled generation returns its original reserved credits once. Successful generation keeps its quoted charge. An uncertain submission, overdue provider task or incomplete output may enter manual review; credits remain reserved while the existing task is reconciled. We do not automatically create another paid task to resolve an uncertain result.
A credit return restores service credits and is not a refund to your payment card. If a completed output is inaccessible or you believe it has a technical defect, email support@tinydeskvideo.net with the task ID so we can review the result. AI quality varies; precise likeness or lip-sync is not guaranteed. Statutory remedies are not excluded.
Credit purchases and payment refund requests
Credit packs are one-time purchases. For an accidental or duplicate charge, unused-pack refund request, unauthorized payment or other billing problem, contact Tiny Desk AI Team at the email above with the order reference. Do not send full card numbers or CVCs. You can request help without signing in, or use a support ticket when signed in.
We assess payment refunds against the disclosed purchase terms, whether credits have been used, the verified transaction and applicable consumer law. We do not promise automatic approval, a fixed refund window or cash redemption of all balances. These terms do not restrict any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal or defective-service rights. Approved payment refunds go through the original payment channel where supported; processing time depends on the provider and bank. Related credits may be revoked once to prevent both using and refunding the same purchase.
